Horrible. This place has canceled twice on me with a treatment that I need. I drove all the way to this place today extremely sick because I knew I needed my treatment. They’re gonna have me sit there and wait for a half hour to then tell me that my appointment was canceled. They never called to tell me my appointment was canceled. Never left a message never text. Just let you come up to your appointment. Sit there to let you know that the medication that you need isn’t gonna happen because the nurse canceled your appointment without telling you. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. Will not go back to this place.

When you are actually in the office the nursing staff are wonderful. Getting anyone on the phone is IMPOSSIBLE. I was having trouble doing an infusion at home. I called at 7:30 AM and left a message for the on-call nurse. At 11:30 I still hadn't heard back so I called and left another message. At 2:30 I called again and finally someone answered. The pharmacy staff answers and returns calls immediately. When I went in for a dressing change last week, there was a nurse sitting at her desk(I could see her through the window). I rang the bell to get in several times. After 15 minutes of this another nurse drove up and let me in. This customer service is awful! If it continues I will be asking my doctor to refer my care to another infusion center.

My wife is need of an infusion of iron and after having weeks of delays in getting another provider to submit for insurance approval, my insurance company found that Soleo was in network. We called on a recorded line and asked them if they were able to administer the treatment after insurance approval. Soleo confirmed that they offered this treatment, even walking us through what documentation they wanted faxed to them. IMMEDIATELY after receiving the order, they denied service with a reason that they didn't have proper staffing to administer that treatment. I asked how long it would take and they said that they could not give me an answer. i questioned how they could not know when they would have someone to treat my wife and the intake person said thats not how it works, that our insurance is great, they just don't have the proper staffing. My wife is in need of treatment and Soleo wasted days of precious time and seemingly lied to me and my insurance company. My insurance company has pulled that recording and will be filing an internal investigation against Soleo to remove them as a trusted provider. I do not recommend that you work with a company that cares so little for patients' well-being.
