The Anxiety Center, a ketamine-therapy clinic in Cincinnati, specializes in ketamine infusions for treatment-resistant anxiety and depression. The practice offers ketamine treatment alongside hormone-replacement therapy and individualized psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults. Ketamine infusion protocols are sequenced according to clinical presentation and patient response, with ongoing monitoring through the course of treatment. The clinic positions ketamine therapy within a broader mental-health framework rather than as an isolated intervention, integrating pharmaceutical and supportive approaches. Patients typically have exhausted conventional first-line treatments before pursuing ketamine therapy at this practice.

The Anxiety center has been a place of great help for me. Dr. Fite has been an amazing support and person to have in my corner to help keep me pushing when times are tough, and to help push back on me when he knows I can do more. Along with all of the other amazing staff here everybody is so kind, caring, and knowledgeable! They have state of the art treatments I wouldn't have been able to have at other spots that have also truly benefited me on my journey of mental health!

I moved here from out of state, due to being unsafe and felony crime victim.
I needed help. Deep, evidence based, help.
I came here experiencing so much ptsd/panic attacks/depression and low self worth.
- I tried 3 other mental health IOP’s in an 6m time frame-and they just weren’t able to provide the level of care I desperately needed.
Then… found The Anxiety Center.
Right after my Intake call,
I knew I was in the right place.
I felt validated, heard and felt a glimmer of hope- for the first time.
Everyone here at TAC is so amazing, supportive and available whenever you need anything.
The IOP I’m in is for PTSD (they offer others, as well) and we stay focused on identifying the messages that trauma brings -and how to work through it/look at things differently and work on evidence based solutions.
This program is designed to really HELP people -and the IOP sessions are focused on check in’s and copious amount of information and tools to help process and manage my traumas.
The Anxiety Center has changed my life and given me hope- that I thought wasn’t possible.
Cannot possibly recommend enough.

I joined Dr. Fite's OCD IOP in February 2025. I had been struggling with OCD since 6th grade. I was at the time, a junior in college. By the time I got to The Anxiety Center, I had been through three different therapists (including one "OCD Specialist"). Everything I had tried didn't work, and quite frankly, I was losing hope. But after my first day at The Anxiety Center, hope was on the path to restoration. I knew I was in the right place. The old adage, "people don't care what you know, until they know that you care" applies in two ways here. Not only does every single person at The Anxiety Center care deeply about each patient. But they also actually know what they are talking about. I generally find a lot of therapists care about their patients. But none of them have had the knowledge base needed to treat the severe conditions like the people at The Anxiety Center do.
Lastly, I would like to share some milestones and results I have achieved since starting at The Anxiety Center. This is in an effort to help with some of the doubt prospective patients may be feeling. If somebody has been through multiple types of treatment, none of which has been successful, it would be normal for them to feel skeptical about trying yet another avenue, including coming to The Anxiety Center. I know this because I was in that boat. Regardless, in February of 2025, my OCD and depression had gotten so bad that I needed to drop out of my university and was recommended to go to an IOP by my current therapist. My father found The Anxiety Center and I started quickly. I did IOP and exposure work daily until the very end of May 2025. At that point, I graduated from IOP and started a sales internship for a very prestigious Fortune 500 company. Not only was I able to not only complete this internship, but I was one of the top interns in the Americas for my department. Dr Fite and his team continued to support me relentlessly throughout this summer as well. Upon completion of the internship, I have been able to return to school for my senior year of college and still graduate on time to graduate with a full time offer after school. Once again, with The Anxiety Center still by my side.
If you have stumbled upon The Anxiety Center, for yourself, or someone you know, please hear me when I, say you are absolutely in the right place. Dr. Fite and his team have not only changed my life but I would also venture to say, saved my life. And for that I am forever grateful, and cannot recommend them enough.

I went for help with my anxiety and left with a lot more. Taylor Evans was not kind to me it all. Taylor sat behind her desk with computer between us. She was very cold and distant. She did not even try to establish any reporie with me it all. I have been to many counseling sessions in my life and I was also a License social worker. I was shocked at her treatment of me and it makes me sad. I searched for help and she made me feel so bad about myself. I worry about seeking help now! She refused to give me any meds. and suggested a treatment that takes a year to get into and my insurance won't pay. Thanks for nothing. I could have stayed home, save my money and lowered my anxiety by myself. The treatment that I received from this Anxiety Center increased my anxiety by huge leaps!😭 Do not go here! Find someone that cares!

The Anxiety Center has truly changed my life. Through their DBT IOP program, I’ve learned that the kind of life I want to live is actually possible. For the first time, I feel equipped with practical, effective tools to manage my emotions in a healthier and more intentional way.
The skills I’ve gained aren’t temporary — they’re strategies I can use for the rest of my life. I’m incredibly grateful for the structure, support, and guidance I’ve received here. If you’re willing to do the work, this program can be truly transformative.
