My experience at True Hope Counseling & Neurofeedback has been wonderful! Megan is kind, compassionate, and wants the best for her clients. I have been doing Neurofeedback sessions almost weekly since March and have seen a big difference in my Anxiety and mood. It has helped to decrease the severity of symptoms that I have dealt with for 10+ years. Neurofeedback is like a massage for my brain! If you're curious, you should definitely check it out! I went to Megan to work on getting more healing for complex trauma I had experienced as a child from experiencing abuse of every kind. Megan is compassionate, wise, kind, and very knowledgable in dealing with complex PTSD. I really found profound healing with Megan using a therapeutic technique called EMDR which Megan utilized masterfully in my counseling sessions. I am truly so thankful that I worked with Megan. I highly recommend Megan...she has been a huge gift in my healing journey.
