After getting all the paperwork being a first time visitor out of the way things went smooth. It was only my first time to go there, I wasn’t in any pain when I went. I just wanted to keep everything in good shape, I had been with another chiropractor for many years. I enjoyed my visit, felt like they were thorough with the examination and I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Seriously the best experience I’ve ever had. Very friendly and intentional environment. They are always on top of scheduling and ensuring the treatment process is smooth and time honoring. Both Doctors are detailed in care plans in order to keep you in formed and knowledgeable about what is going on with your body from day one. I could not recommend this team of people for caring for your chiropractic needs more!

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and professionalism at this chiropractic office. Their website clearly states they are in-network with my insurance provider, which is the reason I scheduled an appointment as a new patient. After filling out all the paperwork and arriving for the appointment, the receptionist informed me bluntly—that they are no longer in-network and that my visit would now cost $150 out of pocket. This is completely unacceptable for a medical office it's not hard to update a website....or it's a bait and switch scenario. Regardless the website is misleading and outdated, and there was no mention of this change during the scheduling process. I took time off and came in expecting one thing, only to be hit with unexpected costs at the front desk. At the very least, they should update their website and notify new patients of any changes in insurance coverage before the appointment. I won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend this office to others—especially if you're expecting clear communication or respect for your time. If I'm going to pay $150 out of pocket for an out of network adjustment I'll go back to my old chiropractor I've been seeing for 10 years LOL
