About this clinic
Ameritaiv, an IV therapy clinic in Tulsa, provides infusion services focused on clinical treatment protocols rather than wellness optimization. The clinic specializes in IV antibiotic therapy and immunoglobulin infusions, addressing infectious and immunologic conditions under medical supervision. Treatment is individualized according to diagnosis and clinical presentation, with nursing staff managing infusion administration and monitoring. The practice positions itself as a clinical partner for patients requiring intravenous medication delivery outside a hospital setting, supporting both acute and chronic infectious presentations as well as selected immune-related indications. Patients typically arrive with a referring diagnosis and establi
After my mother was discharged from the hospital with a blood infection Amerita was awarded the job of delivering her IV medicine to her home. The medicine never arrived as promised. we did a frantic search and finally found where the warehouse is located and drove to it ourselves and picked up the medicine and got her IV started. The response from the warehouse was “Can we deliver it tomorrow?” Unbelievable!!!!
A few days after posting this negative review a manager called, apologized and said the matter would be “ looked into”

We are sitting here with one dose left of the prescribed medication . They called two days ago and said they would call me back that same day. They did not. They called again this morning knowing the circumstances saying it would be here today. As we had been waiting 7 hours already and the day is about gone, I called them. They said it was being processed in their warehouse in Tulsa. I said we are a three hour drive, in a hard to find rural location and expecting heavy rain and thunderstorms. They said they would call me back. As of yet , they have not. We had the same experience as we were trying to be discharged from his surgery a week ago in Tulsa. We had to stay an extra one and half days, waiting on your company. I asked them to have another company deliver the meds. The hospital said they couldn't because Ameritis was contracted. I have been extremely unhappy with the "service" from your company... no returned calls in a timely manner, no meds without extreme complaints and way too much stress trying to get the prescribed meds. Still waiting for call and the meds as I text this complaint. We will be driving to Tulsa in the morning, a three hour trip without the meds, if they don't arrive late tonight, for his doctor appointment for post operative visit. I will be lodging a complaint with the doctor , the hospital, Medicare and the insurance company. Our concerns have so far been ignored. Quite sincerely, Julia Tedder.

I have had a picc line for the last 6 weeks and the pharmacy tech that helped me with my medication has been amazing. Her name is Jenna (spelling). I highly recommend them for any infusion supplies.
