Amazing! I love that I can use the sonic vibration plate, the Pilates machine, and enjoy the benefits of red light therapy and a sauna all in one place. The staff is welcoming and friendly! It feels like a community. I enjoy meeting new people every time I go! Most of all, I’ve been 10x so far and I already feel better- less stiff, stronger, and more flexible! 😁I love it! ❤️
