I waited an hour, had an appointment with Wallace and Toregerson walks in. Looks at my MRI. I told him I dont want surgery. He said, that's what I like to hear. We will do an injection go set that up. Took him about 10 min. Go for the injection the nurse in her full lead x-ray apron calls me back walks me down the hall, doesnt say a word to me. Thankfully the other nurse was kind! The rude one talks crap about Torgeson. They talk about another patient rudely. While I am laying face down freaking out. He comes in and they all act like I am not there. He talks about his new work out and Peltone. To which his nurses laugh as if she wasnt just talking crap about him. I tell him it is hurting and he laughs and says, I haven't done anything yet. This was AFTER the pain injection but before the steroid. I go see the Neurosurgeon, to which he informs the injection location is useless for where my issues is, he put it too low and to truly know if I will be helped by these I need one higher up! Run don't walk from this "practice"

I have been calling this clinic and the other locations ALL DAY, I've tried EVERY option in the directory, and I keep getting sent to voicemail no matter what!! Impossible to get in touch with ANYONE at this clinic or affiliated branches!
Edit for the reply: there were no long hold times, I was sent to a VOICEMAIL every time. I tried every combination to get a person on the line from schedule an appointment to bill pay to whatever other options were there, ALL of them led to a voicemail with the same message. This was across multiple hours in the day. I spent a FULL DAY calling your company, and you refused to answer. Judging by the likes on my review, I am not the only one who experienced this, maybe you should try calling your number and seeing if it actually works before making a fool of yourself in the replies.

After waiting 3 months for a procedure, the office called 2 days before the scheduled procedure to inform me that the doctor would not be in the office that afternoon as he had booked a flight for that afternoon. Their advertised care states "At The Spine and Pain Center, we believe in the Golden Rule of treating patients as we would treat our own loved ones." All that I can say is that I am fortunate that I am NOT family, if they treat their family as disrespectfully as they have treated me. I refused the extra hour drive to their Tulsa office to be seen the following month. A full week has passed and still no apology or communication from this doctor for his action. Interesting that they requires the patient to arrive 30 minutes prior to each appointment so that their schedule is not disrupted, yet they have no qualms about disrespecting their patients time!!! To state that that I am disgusted by their lack of respect for me and my scheduled time commitments is an understatement!!!

This place the office staff and the doctors are a joke they request you to come 30 minutes early so you can wait forever to be seen and if you dare inquire they offer to reschedule like who comes to pain management to sit forever or offer to be rescheduled who comes here because they need to pass time clearly only the people employed here I spent more time in lobby than with Brian and he did nothing but ask dumb questions he could have reviewed my chart for and his tech was nothing but a court stenographer typing her little life away but still haven’t sent my referrals he so needs to help me he should offer solely tele health because what we visited for could have been discussed over the phone y’all think everyone wants drugs BAD NEWS WE WANT RELIEF IVE BEEN IN PAIN TWO YEARS STRAIGHT NO CONTROLLED DRUGS YOU AND THIS FACILITY IS A JOKE NO WORRIES I WONT RETURN

Doctor was nice and seemed understanding while in office. However, one week after my first appointment, I had to call in and see if she could adjust my medications. I called only once (and went to voice mail) and I waited for three weeks for a call back. I do not like constantly calling medical services as I know they get very busy. However, after not receiving a call for three weeks, I have decided to cancel any future appointments as I felt she did not have any concern for my wellbeing.
