Very poor and disrespectful bedside manner and inaccurate medical documentation where she parapheases patients to sound stupid and includes her opinions instead of facts. Dr. O'Sullivan interrupts, doesnt listen, and then fills in the blanks with her own assumptions. She was angry and disagreed with my course of treatment from other medical professionals and made me very uncomfortable. I'm not alone in my amazement that she'd be so unprofessional as to include her biases and awful attitude towards her patients so thoroughly in her medical documentation. One would think that someone who attended medical school to treat women would be more interested in helping them and not denigrating them with petty slights in medical documentation. Very immature behavior.

I scheduled myself here for a new PT appointment on 2/3 at nearly 4pm having never been into bend gynecology before. At 5 pm I realized I mixed up days and could not make an 11:30am appointment the following day 2/4. I called the office at 7:45 to get in touch as soon as possible to reschedule- not cancel. I still wanted to be a patient. I was told there is a 24 hour cancellation policy and because I was not within that window I would be charged a cancellation fee which I agree is fair- but I work in medical scheduling. I schedule, reschedule, and cancel patients every day. There’s likely a list of info that a new PT should be aware of when being scheduled- this is one of those things and I was never informed. I didnt even want to cancel I wanted to reschedule. My appointment wasn’t even booked outside the 24 hour window. I’m disappointed that there is no grace for an uninformed new patient who was ready to reschedule ASAP.

I had suffered from pelvic pain, endometriosis and had very severe pain, my periods cycle every 2 weeks for over a year went to Thailand for laparoscopy surgery for my endometriosis and found out that I had pelvic infection that needed to be treated with iv antibiotics so I had admitted in hospital for 9 days prior to my surgery. I'd Seen multiple ob/gyn in the Vancouver and find out nothing and take months to schedule to see someone. Anyway months after my surgery in Thailand I wasn't get much better so I found Bend gynecologist and I was able to schedule to Dr.Sullivan in a week and after her evaluation she said I need total hysterectomy. I had my surgery on 06/30/25 which is only 1 month later at St.Charles hospital- very clean, staff are friendly and professional .Thank you to Dr.Sullivan for take care of me, I feel a lot better and returning to work now. Dr.Sullivan was an intelligent and professional, also her staffs at the clinic very friendly and helpful. It worth to drive 4 hours from Vancouver to Bend to see her. Sirinapa

I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Sullivan and her clinic. For years I struggled with painful periods, vomiting, and fatigue during my cycles. Dr.O’Sullivan was the first provider to let me know that I have endometriosis, and worked with me to find the best birth control option for me to suppress my symptoms, and prevent the endo from spreading. She’s been so kind, professional, and compassionate in all my interactions with her. I’ve always felt that she has the best intentions for me and my health. Her staff is wonderful, and is always so friendly when I call her office. I would recommend her to any woman that wants the truth, and a compassionate service!
