Worth every penny. Not only will you receive the very bast in treatment with Tara you will be surrounded by beauty and care. Tara's place is comfortable, clean and her attention to detail makes the entire experience a holistic healing event. You're getting a colonic from a person who REALLY cares. I've been to Alder Brooke Healing Arts 3 times and every time I leave feeling relaxed. Tara always makes me feel right at home and makes sure that I'm 100% comfortable and relaxed. The first time that I received the colon hydrotherapy, I was dealing with muscle soreness all throughout my lower-to-mid back. At the time, I was trying to resolve the issue with massage, but the soreness wouldn't go away. Within a few weeks of receiving my treatment at Tara's facility, the soreness went away. I believe this is because there were many chemicals that my body was storing in my colon and the chemicals were spreading to the surrounding muscles. I highly recommend Tara and Tara's professional facility for colon hydrotherapy.
