I have been going to Voda for about 7 years now. I was skeptical in the beginning due to soooooo many doctors telling me I was fine. What was Voda going to do that was differnt from all the rest? After my first appt with Chelsea I was hooked. She was very warm, welcoming and bubbly. She has all the characteristics that I look for in a provider (that is hard to find these days). She is attentive, makes me feel comfortable no matter why I am coming in that day and she has been able to diagnose my underlying conditions. This has made a world of difference in the way I feel every day. She helped figure out my cortisol was low and help achieve normal levels without the help of pharmaceuticals. She helped me with my fertility issues, currently working on reversing my fatty liver, and genetic high cholesterol. She has never made me feel bad about myself or judged. I'm not a fan of putting prescription drugs in my body, so her helping me work towards achieving my goals with a better diet (while being a busy sports mom) has been great. She has helped direct me towards healthy natural supplements instead of prescriptions. Going in for my follow-ups are now exciting. I love seeing how my body is able to heal itself naturally! I recommend everyone I know to go to Voda!

I am incredibly grateful that I found Voda Medical Clinic. The entire staff is absolutely amazing. My views on healthcare have never aligned with conventional medicine. It has been refreshing to find a provider who is willing and able to treat me as a whole person, especially while trying to navigate perimenopause. I had felt mentally and physically “off” for years. My previous provider, would draw labs and then claim that everything was within normal range, and there was nothing “concerning.” It had been a source or frustration for many years. Additionally, my previous provider never mentioned the effects that perimenopause could have on my life, nor was I given solutions for feeling better. I have seen all three providers at Voda, and they all listen and provide ample education and testing for my optimal health. I am claiming my mental and physical health back, and I truly owe it to Voda.

I’ve been seeing Chelsea for several years and she has been amazing! She stays on top of all health concerns and I love that they have the convenience of cheap lab draws and cheap options for labs when insurance has terrible coverage. All of the staff here are very friendly and accommodating. I’d highly recommend this place!!!

I am very disappointed to write this as I was a patient of Chelsea and this practice for over 5 years and used to recommend them to everyone. Unfortunately the care and operation of this practice has significantly gone down over the last year and I no longer would recommend this practice. I had a incorrect/false information put in my health record which was never said. When I requested my record be amended, it was denied. I am now taking next steps as this is not acceptable to put something in my record that was never said. Additionally, it was made very clear to me in recent visits that making money is more important over patient care. On more than one occasion I was told by Chelsea during my appointment that my insurance would not cover something without even checking, which was completely false. The first time the statement was made I pushed to still submit the prescription or PA through insurance as the cost would be significantly lower for me than going through her compounding pharmacy. Sure enough, my insurance did cover it. The second time she made a statement that my insurance would not cover something, I contacted my insurance after the appointment and confirmed my coverage, which is when I decided to leave this practice. I have since confirmed that unfortunately my recent experiences are not isolated and others have left the practice as well. Editing my original review to include additional information and strongly advise others looking for a primary care to avoid Voda. After my last few horrible interactions where I was dismissed, my concerns were not taken seriously and I was told I would not have insurance coverage for additional testing, I saw another provider that did run the additional testing. That additional testing came back abnormal as I was worried about and if I had not taken matters into my own hands to find another doctor that listened, this issue being undiagnosed could have caused a life threatening medical crisis when I would undergo anesthesia in a few weeks for a planned surgery. Also, after this review they removed access to my patient portal so that I can no longer easily and readily access my medical records without going into request them. I still have access to my patient portal to my provider previous to Voda that was over 6 years ago. The incorrect statements in my medical records and the entire handling of my care has been completely unprofessional.

First issue: I had called and placed myself on their waitlist, which is totally fine. It was around august or so 2025. My husband was also looking for care and had called Voda around October to get on the waitlist. One evening, he comes home saying that he got an appointment scheduled with Voda. After all the phone calls and months of waiting, I was shocked to find out he got a phone call scheduling him first before me. I had to call them to confront the situation and they apologized scheduling me after him. It made me wonder if their waitlist prioritizes folks who have been waiting for months. Then came the appointment in November 2025. After seeing them, they had given a list of codes on a piece of paper. They asked that I call my insurance to give them 20+ codes to see if they are covered under my insurance. I asked why they don’t do it for their patients and they claimed that its ‘patients responsibility.’ I told them I have never done this with any insurance ever in my entire life. I had no idea how to go over claims or understand what the codes meant. It was very confusing. The final thing is they continue to call me asking me to get other lab results from other hospitals I have gone to. lol. I asked, if I had signed HIPAA so they can retrieve them themselves and they said they had forgotten to. I let them know I won’t need to call other hospitals and I’ll wait to sign. They pushed again explaining “it’s easy, just call the hospitals and tell them to fax to our number.” To be a patient at Voda is a job. I feel like I work there in order to receive any care.
