Frost Fit has the kindest staff! Supportive and caring!! I’ve had one treatment done and see wonderful results already!! I’m going to need more treatments for sure and am so happy I chose Frost Fit for my journey. Definitely recommend!!

I have been coming to Frostfit Cryo for awhile now and they are just perfect. The staff is friendly and really help you reach your goals. Would recommend to anyone that is having bodily pains or just wants to tighten up!

I went to FrostFit Cryo for targeted cryotherapy on my neck as I couldn’t stand the loose hanging skin. I’m so happy with the results! After just a couple sessions, I noticed visible tightening and contouring under my chin. The treatment was quick, painless, and actually relaxing! Alana was very personable and explained everything in detail making me feel very comfortable. Looking forward to going back for my thighs next!!
