The Other 23 is an outstanding wellness facility that truly delivers a comprehensive recovery experience. From the moment you walk in, the environment is clean, professional, and welcoming, and the staff is extremely knowledgeable about every service they offer. Their cryotherapy options both the CryoSauna and localized treatments are excellent for reducing inflammation and muscle soreness. The massage therapy, including cupping, is top-tier and tailored to individual needs. I was especially impressed with the hyperbaric oxygen therapy chambers, which are modern, comfortable, and easy to combine with other treatments. Red light therapy and compression therapy have made a noticeable difference in my recovery and overall wellness, and the cold plunge and sauna setup is perfect for relaxation and circulation. The Other 23 is a one stop shop for performance, and self-care, and I highly recommend it to anyone serious about their health and well-being.

I just had my second visit to The Other 23 today, and I'm already so impressed. I’ve been doing hyperbaric oxygen therapy, cryotherapy, and red light therapy—and I can honestly say this place is special. It’s veteran-owned, and the staff are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. As someone living with chronic illnesses and injuries, I’m truly grateful for this resource, especially here in this part of PA. This was one of the most profound experiences I’ve ever had. The Other 23 provided a safe space for my healing journey. I used the mild Hyperbaric Chamber to assist in healing some Gut discomfort. Kelly was Amazingly attentive as it was my first time, she watched over me like a newborn. The other 23 is an experience you must have.
