I can’t believe the relief I feel in my lower back and knee after just one cryotherapy session! Three quick minutes in the cold air, and the inflammation is almost gone. I’ve also noticed better sleep, a boost in my mood, and an overall sense of wellness. I’ve read studies showing that cryotherapy can help burn calories, boost the immune system, and stimulate collagen production—and now I totally believe it. I must admit that I was skeptical about trying this but boy was I wrong. I have frozen shoulder and have been trying different methods of pain relief. I then tried Cryotherapy and after each session I felt great. The first session was a learning experience but after that you get so comfortable and you definitely feel much better. I cannot thank Mike and Jay enough for introducing me to this therapy. You have to try it because IT WORKS.

3 mins of cold, to feel like a million bucks! Sign me up, I’ll take it! Michael is so knowledgeable about the process and the benefits, he truly sets your mind at ease. Those benefits are experienced nearly instantaneously! All in a comfortable and clean setting! Will surely be a frequent customer.
