have had mixed experiences at this office. The physician assistant is professional, kind, and attentive. The doctor is personable as well, though at times the visits can feel somewhat disorganized. One consistent concern is the wait time. Regardless of the scheduled appointment time, patients should expect to wait at least one to two hours before being seen. On multiple occasions, this has resulted in spending a significant portion of the day in the waiting room. There have also been ongoing issues with medication management. Prescription refills are often delayed or not processed, and required documentation for insurance approvals does not appear to be submitted in a timely manner. In my experience, medications that required prior authorization were difficult to obtain through this office. However, when I transitioned to my primary care provider, the same medication was approved within three days. This suggests the issue may be related to office processes rather than the insurance company. I would like to note that Ras at the front desk is consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, overall administrative coordination within the office seems disorganized. Based on my experience, patients who require timely communication, efficient processing of prescriptions, and strong administrative follow-through may want to consider a larger health system with more streamlined operations.

Really unprofessional experience in Delaware location (Philadelphia Pike). Waited for 1.5 hours in the waiting room for my initial consult since doctor was “taking his time with each patient.” However, upon entering the office (not medically sterile or structured) the doctor had golf cleats on and was yelling at staff, nearly barking orders. No regard for HIPPA or patient privacy. Then during my 15 minutes with the doctor (so much for taking his time!) I received a very painful injection and a prescription that was never called in. When I followed up with a phone call, concerned about my injection, no answer. No updates two+ weeks later about the prescription.

The initial wait time wasn’t too long.I thought he was a good doctor he’s actually a liar! So is most of his staff! They are rude and disrespectful! I’ve been in pain for three weeks and he won’t even do his job! He canceled my medication and never said why! He canceled my appointment for my shot in my back! Our first appointment he was inappropriate telling dirty jokes and giving out too many hugs’
