Dr B. and Michelle are awesome people and I consider them friends. I got my procedure done in November 2025 and I have seen very good results. I do recommend that you take hair growth supplements along with liquid growth products once you hit the one year mark in order to maintain and continue hair growth. But I have a whole new hairline now thanks to Dr. B. Not only did my hairline come back but it brought back my self confidence.

I had some scar tissue on my upper lip from an accident in 2021, which didn’t allow for a small amount of my mustache hair to grow anymore. After researching several different hair restoration professionals, I called Precision Hair Restoration. Michele answered, was very nice, and setup a free consultation for me. During the consultation with Dr. Raffi Barsoumian, he was very encouraged that this would work, took several pictures of my scar tissue, and reviewed them on several different dates to show me his plan. I was nervous of the level of pain that I’d experience; however, I can honestly tell you that there was no pain. I didn’t even take any Tylenol after the procedure, which lasted about 4 hours, where hair was removed from the back of my head and placed in my upper lip. Swelling went down 100% after 8 days and I had a full mustache again. My family was amazed. After about 6 weeks the implanted hair fell out. This is part of the process and Dr. Raffi said it’ll take around 12-15 months for the hairs to fully regrow. Dr. Raffi provided me his personal cell phone # and followed up with me each day following the procedure and was very responsive in returning any questions I asked of him. This has improved my mental well-being so much. Dr. Raffi, Michele, and the Dr.’s Technician were so great to work with, and I highly recommend them.

I got hair transplant surgery in October 2024 for my 30th birthday. After dealing with traction alopecia for about 2 years and trying several non-invasive, temporary treatments, I decided to try a permanent treatment option. Dr. Raffi was the first of a few surgeons I went to for a consultation. I was skeptical at first because the website didn’t show black women clients. He assured me that I was in good hands. Dr. Raffi promised Claudia, a surgical tech and a black woman skilled in textured hair, would assist him for my surgery, which she did. I’m so glad I trusted him and went through with the surgery. After 3 months post-op, I was able to see promising results. It looks so natural. Even my family and friends are amazed by how great it looks. From the beginning, Dr. Raffi and Michele at Precision Hair Restoration made my experience incredible. I highly recommend them for hair transplant surgery.
