This drs office has gone down hill. I used to recommend them to everyone. Recently they made the decision to get rid of all medical services, keeping certain services: PT, OT, physicals and hormone therapy. The provider that provided the hormone therapy unexpectedly passed away. She had vast knowledge of Eastern and Western medicine and constantly educated herself to improve her services to the patients. Her service was all inclusive. The new provider specializes only in hormones, does not take insurance and when I asked about things outside of menopause hormones she said "I'll try to educate myself, when I have time". That does not make me feel reassured that I will continue to receive the same service I previously received. While I was doing my post visit check out, I felt compelled to speak to the assistant about my concerns and discuss a few supplements. The CEO interrupted us a couple of times, and I know he was the CEO because he felt the need to say who he was. (I already knew). So on top of being concerned about my future care I was just "told" that the CEO was more important than the patient by his actions and tone. In a time where the medical field is under such scrutiny one would think that a medical provider would take heed to make their patients feel important and cared for. This office did not.

My husband and I both see the team here for medical as well as having used the weight loss clinic. The front desk staff is wonderful and I cannot say enough positive things about Dakoda. My husband and I both lost 20+ pounds on the 12 week program even without the full medication. Dakoda puts together a plan personalized just for you. He listens, is patient, very personable and is truly invested in your success. If you were considering this program do not hesitate. Dakoda will put you at ease, give you the motivation to be successful, and the understanding of how to do it.
