I don’t normally write reviews, but this place is a complete joke. Every single time I tried to come in early just to get some information or see what Nurowav TMS even offers, no one was there. Nia, who I guess is supposed to be some kind of staff member or coordinator, is never in the office, doesn’t answer the phones, and when I finally did speak to her, she was unbelievably rude and nasty for no reason. Her attitude alone is enough to turn anyone away. If this is how they treat potential patients or people trying to get help, I can only imagine how careless they are with people who actually go through treatment here. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, and I’ll never step foot in that office again.
