I saw Dr. David Mann at Mainline Chiropractic and Wellness yesterday and it was one of the best bodywork experiences I’ve had in a long time. This isn’t just a chiropractic office, it’s a true holistic healing center. Located within Core Clinic in Villanova, the atmosphere is serene and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Dr. Mann spent real time with me, incorporated cupping into my session, and his approach goes far beyond typical adjustments. You can tell he genuinely cares about understanding the whole person, not just treating symptoms. If you’re looking for the ultimate wellness experience, I can’t recommend him enough.

I’ve been a client of Dr. Mann’s for a few years now and can say that he and his team have helped tremendously with my aches & pains, soreness, injuries, maintenance and prevention. That being said, there are so many other things they’re capable of helping with and I’d recommend them to anyone at any stage of their wellness journey.

I went to Dr. Mann with a bad back strain, and he had me feeling better in no time. Within just a few weeks, I was walking and exercising again—perfect timing for a vacation full of walking. I had been having pain and limitation in motion with my right shoulder for many months. I underwent physical therapy that helped but I did not have full relief. I then tried a physiologist/masseur and he too offered improvement but the movement was still restricted and I was not pain free. I had never been to a chiropractor before but thought why not. Dr Mann was close to my home and made it easier for appoinments as I was still working daily. Dr Mann was thoughtful and caring, he asked questions and did a thorough initial exam from which he developed a proposed plan for 3-4 months of treatment. That worked wonders and led to more care with his wonderful exercise therapist who not only addressed my shoulder but my vertigo and stability . Both Jess and Dr. Mann were clearly concerned with my overall well-being and offered suggestions in lifestyle change, exercises, holistic medicines, foot wear and the like for which I am most grateful as all proved very beneficial, I am pain free in my shoulder and I contiue the stability and vertigo exercises regularly on my own and feel like a new man at age 79. I urge anyone in need of quality chiropractic/holistic care to see Dr. Mann and Jess. They are a great team, the facility is comfortable and very clean; the atmosphere is very positive, the care, treatment and concern is top notch. Thanks Dave and Jess.

I cannot say enough about the entire establishment. Incredible people who could not be more accommodating. Dr. Mann has helped me tremendously, from easing my pain, to educating me on ways to improve on my own, to tailored exercises, to recommending supplements specific to my needs. This last visit, I was experiencing new neck pain. He knows I’m terrified of neck “cracking”. He was incredibly patient and gentle working on me and my neck. I feel so much better and can actually look left again. The place has it all and I’m grateful to have such a wonderful team who will support my journey in living my best healthy life.
