Do your research! First, you don’t actually get dr.Distefano. I didn’t know that till I went in for my actual procedure appointment. The ladies that are actually doing your procedure are very nice. BUT the dr that’s “performing your procedure” only draws on your hairline, and pokes the holes in your scalp for the new grafts. Everything else is done by the technicians, extracting the grafts and implanting them. Which I honestly wouldn’t have cared that much if I was told all this up front, I never was! I also had to tell dr.Chris the hairline he wanted to give me was completely crooked, as in one side was way to high and the other too low, I pointed it out and ask to adjust it and he got annoyed with a simple request. I even consulted with the technicians that I wasn’t the crazy one here, and they agreed with me that it was too off. They also quote u for the amount of grafts but what they also don’t tell you is if there is more than one hair follicle in that graft it’s considered more that one, ie. 3 strands of hair in one graft they consider to be 3 grafts not 1, so you don’t actually get the amount of grafts you are quoted. Lastly they ended up using grafts that had more than one follicle/hair strand, throughout the front of my hairline so it don’t look natural and you (or at least me) can see the clear separation between your old hairline and the new one. Even after all is said and done I reached back out because I was unsatisfied with my results and was willing to do another procedure to get what I want (for a discounted rate of course) which the sales consultant I worked with agreed with me and my results. Dr.Chris completely dismissed my concerns and what I was promised I didn’t get. No offering of a discount on another procedure, nothing. Dude is definitely a bit of a narcissist. Good luck dealing with this guy! I say go somewhere else because you will end up getting another procedure done somewhere else like I’m having to do.

I am a repeat Client at DiStefano Hair Restoration Center. I wanted to take a moment an let people know that the experience has been excellent. The staff and Dr. were very professional but also very personable and looked after every need that I had. They made the entire experience worth it in every aspect. I would like to give major credit to Mike Khouri, who had taken the time to explain all the options and provided great follow up after the procedure. Anyone considering Hair restoration will not be disappointed with DiStefano.

First off, I would like to start by expressing my reason to go NOWHERE else for hair restoration treatments! My recent consult with Mike Khouri was very interesting, on how he handled his knowledge of hair restoration. He was up front and HONEST, and he wasn't just trying to make a sale. I went there having had hair loss from cancer/chemo/radiation treatments . He said my hair wasn't thick enough for the treatment they have ,and explained why, and I was satisfied with his outcome..So for now BALD IS BEATIFUL..lol...Be safe
