I’ve been going to ABIMC for acupuncture to help with persistent lower-back pain, and the experience has been outstanding. The team is knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly experienced in treating active patients. After just a few sessions, I noticed a significant improvement in mobility and a noticeable reduction in pain, which has made a real difference in my ability to train and run comfortably. The practitioners take the time to understand my goals, explain the treatment approach, and adjust each session based on how my body responds. The environment is clean, calm, and very professional, and I always feel well cared for. If you’re dealing with back pain or looking for support to stay active and injury-free, I highly recommend ABIMC. Their acupuncture treatments have been a game changer for my running.

First time consulting with an acupuncturist after recommended by others in cancer support group. Wasn’t sure what to expect. The testing/scoring which was used to come up with a plan/number of sessions was different and a little odd. When I was told I needed around 40 sessions for almost $4500 due upfront, without going into detail about what a session would consisted of, the sticker shock got me. Couldn’t see agreeing to that never having had the first treatment. Whether this price is reasonable I don’t know. Seemed like an expensive gamble.

Dr Joy really wants to help her patients heal! I’ve been taking my daughter the past couple months and we’ve been seeing improvements that we haven’t seen despite going to other specialists. We appreciate Dr. Joy’s dedication and work!
