You don't really know how much your health is worth until you start to struggle with an illness. After meeting Dr. Z and finding out what she does, it sounded quite amazing and interesting. After leaving her office I knew this was the support, help, and guidance I needed to improve my health. My experience with her has been an awesome journey. While doing her Detox Program I started noticing positive changes within the 1st week. And more noticeable ones in the 2nd week. Now on the 3rd week it's incredible how much better you start to feel in just 3 weeks. I went from having insomnia almost every night to falling asleep within 10 minutes. Before it use to take me about 2 hours, if not more, to fall asleep. I also went from experiencing 1-2, sometimes even 3 stomache aches a week, to none. From a moody fluctuating state to a much calmer approach on daily situations. I'm just feeling really grateful with life for having met Dr. Z. Dr. Stephanie is extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. Her perspectives and treatment regimens are the perfect addition to my MD's treatment, giving her patients a "whole health" approach. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is frustrated by just treating symptoms and would rather treat the causes.
