Edit after staff responded kindly to my concerns, that the website does indeed say consultation and I could have easily asked, so that's on me I suppose. Also his tmj adjustment is gentle and didnt leave me with a headache as others have so I'll credit him there as well. I think this just wasn't a good match for me personally. The shoulder weakness and pain was completely gone by the next morning, the adjustment just freaked me out. I hate to leave a less than 5☆ review but today that's the case. I went in to find a new chiropractor closer to home. The doctor seemed nice enough but the adjustment wasn't like any I'd had before and I've been adjusted hundreds of times over the last 15 or so years. He adjusted 3 places, one of which was a neck adjustment that was WAY too much (even the nurse in another room heard my neck... crack... thats not an expressive enough word....) and aparantly it was so much it temporarily injured the corresponding shoulder. I drive a manual and could hardly drive home. The other was a quick single pop in my upper back and then a tool used to adjust tmj. He never physically examined me before or after as previous chiropractors have all done and it did not feel very much like a whole body or holistic healing approach. I'm sorry, but I won't be coming back. Also, the website says free 1st visit, but my insurance was charged and co pay was required. Honestly, I was in full-blown shock when I left and it ruined my day. Perhaps this place is more geared for bigger framed folks? Idk.

I was referred here after moving back to Columbia. As they are very welcoming and fantastic at making a doctors appointment feel like an excitement to catch up with friend, they are even better at their profession! My back has never felt better and they have the best staff ever! I highly recommend anyone with any of the issues they cover to come see them before they book up and move to their new office!

Dr. Mark is an excellent chiropractor who gets results. He is great at listening and communicating information. He and the staff are friendly and professional.
