Initial consultations include a screening to determine candidacy for the procedure. Treatment plans are individualized based on imaging and clinical presenta
The staff at A PC was very nice even though they were doing multitask. They were patient and not inpatient, I noticed this not just with me by other patients as well. The nurses are friendly and kind and give good advice. The doctor comes in, washes his hands from the past patient and Iโm honored by that and puts on a new pair of gloves. The doctor is strictly business does the injections and move onto the next patient.๐๐ I give the staff at APC a 5 star.

I read the reviews before I went. A lot of them were bad and a few good ones. But I believe in giving people a chance because I deal with the public also. Well I was very pleased from the time I walked into the building. I walked into the office as was greeted with smiles. It was the same from one office to another. I'm so sorry that I didn't get everyones name but there was one name that I remember "Sonny". She was so sweet. I remember her name because that was my father's nickname. At the checkout -out they were so nice. I would highly recommend AKPCC. Oh yes my knee is feel differently already. Thanks ๐

I went to visit this office last month. The staff was very nice and welcoming. But the doctor was very, very, very, very, rude, he came in to do my x-ray, and only spoke on the way in and the way out. I should have left then, but I really wanted to see if they could help me.
I met with the billing department. They told me I was good to go, then they sent me back to him to start the injections. He did not explain to me the purpose of the injection, he also did not tell me what to do after the injections. He also didn't ask me if I had any questions. The nurse did the set-up for the injections. He came in and started spraying the area in one straight stream. It sting so, I begin fanning the area. It pissed him off, he sucked his teeth. Grabbed a wiped and begin wiping the area again.
He then said a very harsh tone. "YOU NEED TO HOLD YOUR KNEE STILL." He was suppose to use a tool that looks like a needle with a camera inside to find the right spot to inject. He only used it on one of my knee not both. I told him "he was hurting me" but it made him even more upset. He continued being rough, I yelled out "ouch" and that pissed him off even more. He then removed his gloves and walked out the room.
The next day, I had to leave work early because, I couldn't walk. I called the office, cancelled the other four appointments and requested for the manager to give me a call back. It's been three weeks and no one has called me back. This is one of the worst doctor I have ever met in my life. This man should not be working on humans. I was looking forward to getting all five injections & my knee brace but not with this doctor. He hurt me and I can't afford to let him do it again. He doesn't care about how he treats his patients and it shows.
