Everyone is extremely kind and friendly. The weight loss program does work. I was looking for a program that did not use GLP-1 Medication. The program that I am on with them does not. It is sensible and effective, with a good plan to transition to maintenance once my goal is achieved. I am really glad I have the support of the AMS team on my journey.

I really enjoy visits with the ladies at AMS. They are always excited and happy to see me at every visit. They are very encouraging and helpful. When I first started the program in June (2025), I was skeptical because I have tried so many weight loss plans and none of them worked. I would loose 2 or 3 lbs in a month but then I wouldn't lose any more. Actually I would gain more after I stopped and started eating regularly. At AMS, I have lost 15 lbs in 4 months. You might not think that is a lot but one year ( from December to December) on one plan, I only lost 5lbs and I was barely eating. Now I can eat more good, healthy and fulfilling meals. I am only a few lbs from my goal. I am glad that I stayed with the program.
