About this clinic
CEENTA, a multispecialty practice serving the Carolinas including a location in Lancaster, offers ear, nose, throat, eye, and allergy care alongside selected regenerative and supportive services. The clinic provides Platelet-Rich Plasma Therapy for facial and soft-tissue indications, a regenerative orthobiologic approach to skin and tissue support. Acne treatment, migraine management, and sleep apnea evaluation are also available. The practice combines conventional ENT and ophthalmologic care with these adjunctive regenerative modalities, positioning itself as a resource for patients seeking integrated approaches to conditions that may benefit from both standard diagnostic work and tissue-support protocols.
Update: The Sr. Ops mgr contacted me and we discussed what had happened. He allowed me to explain the situation to get a better understanding of what had occurred. He did make things right by crediting the paid "no show bill" (and an additional friendly gesture) and a heartfelt apology for what had happened. I very much appreciate the reach out with proper resolution and have changed my review from 2 to 4 stars because Dr. Rao was still cool.
Dr. Rao was good but the service was not so good in my opinion. Understanding that there is a 24-hour cancellation, my appointment coincided with the week of the snowstorm warnings as well as being assigned to jury duty. Upon being notified on Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. that I was not yet released from jury duty for the following day, I reached out to the doctor's office to update them, and they kindly rescheduled me for a visit that same day. Throughout the whole process, verbally and written, I was advised keep them updated of my jury duty status and that jury duty would be an exemption for the cancellation or rescheduling policy. Ultimately, I attended my new appointment but subsequently received a no-show office visit bill. I explained the situation to the business office and gave them an opportunity to try to make things right; but regardless of the circumstances, they still left me to pay the no-show bill. In the end, I not only paid the no show bill but also paid for the doctor's visit. The lack of flexibility and understanding in this scenario makes me hesitant to continue going to this office and motivated me provide a forewarning to others that may run into a similar situation. What made this even annoying was that the days leading up to my originally scheduled appointment, their office has a neat text message system that offers earlier available appointments. Ironically, my call for the reschedule happened to match one of the offered earlier appointments via text message. Lessons learned...

I've seen Dr. Kelly several times, and he's always been very engaging and personable, easy to talk to, and you can tell he cares about his patients. He always takes time to discuss treatment options, the pros and cons, any side affects, etc. And he's great about answering questions, never makes you feel rushed. I highly recommend him and the practice - they make things simple, and its a very spacious and bright waiting area. Staff has been exceptional on every visit.

Today was my first visit to the Fort Mill office to see Dr. Baker. The office was crowded but everyone was pleasantly patience. My visit was very pleasant. She listened to every detail of why I was visiting the office today and answered every question. I will definitely use Dr. Baker at for my yearly visits. I love how she explains everything to you. I would definitely recommend to anyone who asked..

Dr. Bhend is a wonderful Doctor and has great bedside manner. Also, his staff is very knowledgeable, kind and supportive. It was because of Dr. Bhend’s examination of my eyes and issues and especially due his recommendations that I learned I had a right carotid artery blockage of over 80%! I had absolutely no idea. He suggested I go see my Primary Care Physician and request to be referred to a cardiologist. He said from his examination, he saw no reason for me to have some of the issues in my eyes that I was experiencing and that sometimes, but not always, this could be caused by cardiology issues. Therefore, I did as he suggested. Upon examination, the Cardiologist even thought I was fine but ordered testing as a precaution only. Well the Carotid Artery Doppler Test showed I had a right carotid artery blockage of over 80%. I was immediately referred to a vascular surgeon and placed on three medications. The Cardiologist did not hear the problem in my neck which is commonplace if you have this problem because mine was under my collarbone and was twisted. When you have this issue in your neck, normally surgery is scheduled and the problem corrected. My situation is much more complicated. Anyway, it is my opinion Dr. Bhend may have very well saved by life! If I had not learned of the situation and been placed on the necessary medications, it is obviously unclear what could have happened. I have thanked Dr. Bhend personally and feel this is my opportunity to tell others what he did for me.

Very friendly, professional atmosphere. I appreciate how they treat patients. My one complaint is the centa website. Seems like every time I go in I have to start all over again. That part of the visit is frustrating.
