I have a long history of back surgery for scoliosis and fairy recent fractured vertebrae. I’ve had back massage therapy in the past and it was good. But after having Sheena use her unique skills, and extensive medical massage training, I cannot stress how much relief she’s given me after several months of regular visits. Not only does my back feel less achy and sore, I’m sleeping better, have more energy and simply feel like being more active.
