All of the Matrix staff are so kind and welcoming.They’re flexible when I need to reschedule, easy to reach by call or text, and never make me feel bad for running late. They’ve also gone above and beyond to help me with insurance/FSA issues. Unlike other chiropractors I’ve been to, Dr. Molly doesn’t just “crack my back” the same way every time; she explains what needs adjusting and can usually pinpoint problem areas even when I forget to mention them. I’ve been a patient for nearly three years, and the quality of care has remained excellent. They also contribute to the community by hosting donation drives, etc. If you’re looking for a cheap quick fix, Matrix probably isn’t the right fit. But if you’re looking for friendly staff and high-quality, personalized care, this is the place!

Molly and her entire team are the best!! They have become an extended part of our family, as they serve us so well. It is truly invaluable to have a trusted resource for my children’s chiropractic care and wellbeing. Molly is incredibly intentional, thorough and knowledgeable. Alee has been so helpful every step of the way ensuring our appointments, treatment plans and insurance/billing is taken care of. We are so grateful for her attention to detail. My husband has also greatly benefitted from his decompression sessions with Jade. I cannot recommend Matrix enough!
