I’ve been seeing Dr. Carter for over 25 years, and he’s taken care of my entire family throughout that time. He and his staff are always so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Carter takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you understand what’s going on with your back and how to correct it. I always feel comfortable and well cared for at every visit. Highly recommend him and his amazing team!

I went to Palmetto Chiropractic & Laser Center to see Dr. Rick Brannen after my lower back decided it no longer wanted to participate in everyday life. I was basically walking around like a retired cowboy who’d been thrown from one too many horses. Dr. Brannen was great. He listened, asked the right questions, and somehow managed to find the exact trouble spot like he had a built-in GPS for pain. He even gave me some immediate relief — not a miracle, but enough that I stopped negotiating with myself about whether I should just start living on the floor. What really surprised me was the price. Super reasonable… like “are you sure you’re a healthcare provider and not a discount furniture store?” reasonable. For the first time ever, I’m actually looking forward to going back to a chiropractor. If your spine is acting like a rebellious teenager, go see Dr. Brannen. He’ll get it sorted out without draining your wallet or your will to live.
