Sometimes you find a medical practice that does everything right. This is one of those. I love their patient focused care and technical expertise as well as communication from the staff throughout the process. They provide state of the art dental solutions tailored to the patient's needs, pain tolerance, and medical condition. All options and pricing are carefully explained to fully involve the patient in developing a custom treatment plan that is best for them. The facility is clean, modern and well laid out for patient comfort. Every staff member I encountered was kind, considerate, very polite, and knowledgeable. I thank all of the partners for providing an environment where such a high level of care is possible.

Dr. Voelkert performed an extraction and bone graft procedure on a tooth that had fractured and got infected, that was causing a LOT of pain. They got me in as quickly as they could due to my discomfort because of a cancellation. Deborah, the CRNA made the IV sedation the smoothest process from the IV placement, making sure I felt comfortable and safe, sleeping through the procedure and waking up with no recollection of the procedure and no nausea. Dr. Voelkert is a perfectionist and so talented that I had NO discomfort at all from the procedure. He answered all of my questions with knowledge, patience, and kindness. Haley and Maddie, his assistants made me laugh and feel comfortable with the professionalism and knowledge they shared for pre and post op care, the surgical procedure, as well with the recovery process and getting me safely to my ride. The whole POG team is the best of the best with kindness, patient advocacy, and above and beyond attitudes. I highly recommend anyone needing dental treatment to this specialty office!
