I only give 1 star because of one person the rest of the staff is great. I bad apple ruins the rating for all to me if you're going to work in a professional place you need to be professional and not treat patients the way that you treat them just my point of viewlove the Dr but I do not like the lady at the front desk, she has no heart no sympathy. For someone already struggling to make it I. She starts something every time I walk in the office I have dual coverage and not supposed to owe nothing according to my insurance company. She makes me regret walking in the building every time I come. I've been coming to this clinic but the one in North Carolina forever for over 10 years I've never had this problem like I have at the one on woodruff road is one person at the desk that treats you like crap every time you come in I mean every time it's not right for a customer to be treated that way point blank a patient should not dread come into a doctor's appointment because of one person just saying it's sad if anything else is said I do have a video of the the actions today it's crazy but you have to cover your own butt these days and age .

Watch how they bill your insurance. Watch them bill your insurance for general surgery and radiology for a simple scapula injection. Watch your insurance reject that claim. Watch for the surprise $6,000 bill that you can't afford. Just watch. 👀 👀

IMPORTANT UPDATE:: I wish I had found this practice years ago, this is truly a first class, pain management facility, focusing on identifying the causes of pain and creating a plan for targeted pain, relief, with many many state of the art, new technologies and techniques and knowledge of how to treat the pain, They seem interested in actually treating the pain, versus just pushing pharmaceuticals. If you truly want your pain addressed, I would highly recommend making an appointment, you will not be disappointed. I am very grateful to be a patient. UPDATE:: Well, I cannot believe how wrong I was!! They don’t listen, don’t care, and just want to use as much of your insurance on procedures as possible, and make you give a urine sample every time you go in, even if they aren’t prescribing you any opiate!! Yesterday, December 10 was my last appointment, after arriving to my appointment with the building sign saying they have moved, no one received an email letter or anything that they were moving, and I know this because four of us arrived at the new location at the same time And no one knew that they had moved in the provider wasn’t even there! I had a severe allergic reaction to a pain, patch, and not one person called to check to see how I was or if it was getting better, I had to call poison control myself. These are the sheep and wolves clothing.! After speaking with the other four patients while waiting for the provider to show up, we The exact same experiences, they don’t care!! i’m sorry I was so wrong in my initial review, I was very hopeful and thoroughly frustrated and disappointed. For almost a year now, I have presented 10+ Pain, requested tests to be performed because something is definitely not right, they have no interest in helping people just making money off of their procedures, highly recommend you find an alternative, If you want doctors and nurses that will actually listen to you and address your needs. I have been going to premier pain solutions for a few years. I have never been to a pain management so this was my first one! I definitely would recommend going here! From the time you walk in the front door, till the time you leave everyone is so friendly, they listen to your concers! Dr. B is the best! When it comes time for injections he is gentle and explains everything well!
