I came to Declare Wellness because I was exhausted — physically and mentally. I was dealing with frequent migraines, long-term hypothyroidism, high cholesterol, and constant fatigue. At 50 years old, I knew something had to change. After hearing Dr. Cohen speak at a seminar, I trusted him and his team with my health — and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From day one, Dr. Cohen, Amanda, Shay, and the coaches supported me every step of the way. The program challenged me, educated me, and completely changed how I think about food, hormones, and overall wellness. Giving up caffeine and sugar felt intimidating at first, but now I don’t miss them at all. My energy is better, my sweet tooth is almost gone, and I finally understand how what I put into my body affects how I feel. The results speak for themselves: my PCP has taken me off my cholesterol medication, and I’ve had only four migraines since starting the program. I completed the program and continue on as a VIP member because this isn’t a “diet” — it’s a lifestyle. Declare Wellness gave me my energy, clarity, and confidence back. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Cohen and his entire team to anyone ready to truly take control of their health.

After being diagnosed with SIBO/IBS and inflammation, I spent four years visiting various specialist doctors and hospitals. Eventually, I attended a Declare Wellness seminar—a big step outside my comfort zone. Despite my nerves about going alone and listening to Dr. Cohen, when the seminar was over I scheduled an appointment, and I’m so grateful I did! The three-month program truly transformed my life. I gained a deeper understanding of my body’s nutritional requirements, learned about supplementation for optimal health, and discovered the benefits of BHRT and thyroid treatments. Today, I feel more energetic than I did in my 30s and genuinely amazing. With my husband, my greatest supporter, by my side, I made a commitment to this program. It was a tremendous leap of faith and a significant investment, yet it cost far less than monthly specialist visits and frequent hospital and/or ER trips over the past several years. Four years ago, after collapsing at the gym, my life changed—I became anxious, couldn’t eat out, attend events, walk on the beach with my husband or even stay out for long periods. I had lost hope. I am now equipped for a life-long journey to wellness, becoming a stronger woman, wife, mother, GiGi, and friend. For the first time, I feel confident, happy, and am learning to appreciate myself. I LOVE Declare Wellness Center, Dr. Cohen, Amanda, & Their Staff! As a Recovering Alcoholic, Dr. Cohen played a major role in helping me get my health back on track in my early recovery days which I am grateful for. 🙏🏼 Over 4 years that I’ve been working towards my optimal Health which we have Reached… I started with him at 218lbs 36” waist and today I am around 170lbs 32” waist at almost 49 trips around the sun. 😃🤙🏼💜 Do yourself a Favor and let them help you get your Health Back on track.
