About this clinic
Carolina Orthopedic & Neurosurgical Associates, based in Spartanburg, offers Laser Therapy (LLLT) alongside orthopedic and neurosurgical care for spine, skeletal, and nervous-system conditions. Low-level laser therapy supports tissue repair and may help reduce inflammation in musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, and post-operative recovery. The clinic integrates this regenerative modality with conventional orthopedic evaluation and surgical options, positioning laser therapy as an adjunctive tool within a comprehensive approach to spine and joint conditions. Patients benefit from a coordinated evaluation across orthopedic and neurosurgical perspectives, allowing for individualized treatment sequencing that may combine laser protocols wit
My 1st time here was for knee pain. The wait was extremely long and was left in the room for an hour until someone noticed the door was closed and peeked in to find me sitting there. They had forgot about me. So I was then scheduled for an MRI got the results just to be given a cortisone shot and the pain got worse. Ended up having to take an antibiotic for a completely different reason and that ended up fixing my knee issue. Both times never seeing the doctor just the PA. Today went for muscle spasms In my back yes it was an hour before they closed but, I unfortunately work 6 days a week and just couldn't take the pain anymore, the staff was rude to me im sure it was because i was leaving 15 minutes after they closed. I didn't even receive any paperwork for my visit just being rushed out the door. This has been my 3rd visit to the office I thought I would try again thinking things would be better this time only to be disappointed even more then the 2 previous visits. Very dissatisfied patient.

Husband went and saw pa and was told needed mri before appt with dr and apparently the order for the mri isn’t entered and they have murmurous people answering the phone and don’t have a clue. The scheduler Krista stated we haven’t called to ask where the order is and we have called 8 times, 8 TIMES!!! To them and to piedmont imaging. Makes everyone in the practice look ignorant, lazy and incompetent!

Nicest medical staff I have been to in a long long time. So patient, nice, sweet, friendly. Professional, very efficient. Very short wait time. Everyone worked together. Everyone was so positive. CONA definitely teaches their staff to work as a TEAM. I will recommend CONA to all my family & friends. Lines were out the door into the hallway. Employees were helping each other with the long line of patients. They were gather extra chairs for the wait for xray. But everyone stayed calm, cool, and patient. Nurses and staff were working so quick. So nice to everyone !!!

I had a very good experience at the CONA Urgent Care office at North Grove yesterday!! I had a knee issue so my husband was pushing me in a wheelchair. The waiting room was crowded but before long I had xrays done and Crystal Bishop, PAC was explaining my problem. I was then fitted for a brace and on my way home. Everyone was pleasant, helpful and caring. We were very impressed and appreciative!!!

Got hurt on Saturday, to the point I can't walk. Was referred to this office and waited until Monday to try to make an appointment. Was told that I would have to wait and that was 3 days ago. I still can't walk, the pain I'm in is unreal, and there's is zero compassion or urgency with the phone staff. Can't speak on the office or doctors since I've never met them. Had to reach out to another doctors office to be seen. How do you trust a doctor or the office that can let you suffer this way? UPDATE: Knee turned out to be broken. It was another WEEK after this review was left before anybody even called me back and that still took a complaint left with my insurance company over critical care. EDIT: No one -ever- mentioned a walk in clinic or had any sense of urgency. I WAS TOLD TO WAIT. Cona, if you're going to reply to save face, make it make sense.
