First visit, thought everything went well. Scheduled follow-up. Everything confirmed for next appt. 2 days later. Office contacted myself by phone the day before stating lab work had been “resulted”. Next day, I was phoned stating lab work wasn’t complete, need to reschedule. I commented that I was confused by the mixed communications. Staff was curt and rude, unapologetic about any inconvenience on my part, had taken the day off. I asked for a supervisor via text Supervisor, Jordan, having consulted with her staff, turned the whole miscommunication on their part to fanciful comments I had made to staff, that “made them uncomfortable” and that I was no longer welcomed to Superior Wellness of Spartanburg. I was shocked at their unwillingness to accept any responsibility on their behalf. If you go to this “wellness” facility I hope all goes well, b/c if it doesn’t it won’t be their fault! My husband and I really enjoy coming to Superior Health And Wellness in Spartanburg, South Carolina. We love how welcoming and nice the staff is – it's nice to see people who genuinely care. We always leave feeling much better than when we first walked in.

The staff at the Spartanburg, SC location are great. They have been a great help with my husband & myself. My husband health is not good & I have cancer they are always concerned about us & how we are doing. They have been a great support for us. We are very grateful for the staff.
