I can’t say enough great things about Doyle Chiropractic in downtown Simpsonville! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was absolutely incredible—welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The laser therapy made a huge difference in my shoulder pain, and combined with the shoulder adjustments and spinal adjustments, I’ve experienced noticeable relief and improved mobility. The level of thoroughness and attention to detail truly sets this office apart. I am so grateful to have such a knowledgeable, caring, and effective chiropractic office right in my own backyard. If you’re dealing with pain or just want to feel your best, I highly recommend Doyle Chiropractic!

I’ve been going to Doyle Chiropractic in Simpsonville for years, and they’ve always provided outstanding care. I now visit the new downtown location and absolutely love it. The staff is welcoming, compassionate, and so accommodating. With my spondylolisthesis, the decompression chair and Class IV laser therapy have made a huge difference. The doctors are incredibly empathetic and always ensure I’m comfortable and understood. Their empathy, professionalism, and genuine care set them apart. If you want a chiropractic office that truly listens and customizes treatment, Doyle Chiropractic is the place to go. Highly recommend!

This clinic has helped me feel my best while putting so much stress on my body playing baseball. I’ve never been to any other chiropractor office that has so many different red light lazers and utilities! I don’t know what I would do without it. Doyle Chiropractic is a game changer! I highly recommend!
