Tamara is an amazing woman, and I will be forever grateful for her and everyone at Internal Balance. She has treated both of my sons, relieving burdens on their bodies to help them heal. We turned to Tamara because we know several people she has helped, and their results were inspiring. My oldest son, specifically, had so many issues that his pediatrician nor his dentist could explain. After working with Tamara, he feels so much better, and he's now able to mature into the healthy, vibrant young man that we knew he could be. Being in the clinic is a special time, and both of my children look forward to going. Tamara is kind and gentle, and she takes so much time with each of them. I believe God has gifted Tamara with the wisdom to help people heal, and she uses this gift wisely and to His glory.

Internal Balance is a place of healing for people looking for alternative treatments and a more natural way of allowing the body to heal itself. My experience with the clinic and Tamara was through my daughter who was very ill and traditional treatments were failing to allow her to live her life without extreme fatigue and pain. Tamara provided information and a wellness program to give us hope that her health would return. I am grateful for the blessings my family has received through this journey and thankful that we found Tamara!

We first met Tamara and Internal Balance in 2011 when my oldest son Coleman was on a 4-year battle with Lyme Disease. My son as well as other clinic mates had treated together formerly in Kansas City all found enormous strides toward their eventual healing at Internal Balance. Most of them walking again after years in wheelchairs. i never expected to call on Tamara again, but our youngest son Spencer, who treated for lyme disease with his brother when he was in the third grade, fell ill with a stomach bacteria in 2018 during his senior year in high school. After he graduated, it came on violently leaving him with latent Lyme symptoms and unable to start college that fall. We called on Tamara after 8 years and her practice had changed a bit but her proprietary diagnostic tool still fascinated us. Without seeing his blood work, she was able to confirm the same issues and give immediate direction for his treatment. But as accurate as her methodology is, we believe it is her direct healing prayers that helped Spencer come to town walking with a cane and leave Nashville without it. His healing has been fast and furious and at this writing, he is now enjoying his freshman year. Tamara unlocked all of this healing potential for us and her team is helpful, sympathetic and highly organized. Nothing but high praise for Internal Balance!
