Dayna Alyse Hawk is the absolute best. She does such a fantastic job of asking the right questions to understand me, my history, and my struggles. Then the wisdom/truth-bombs she drops are delivered both delicately/tactfully. And on top of all that tbh, I can just see it in her eyes that she lives for this lol.

The office manager is a joke. They can email you fifty appointment confirmations and text but no confirmed receipt, email, text notification when they charge your card. It is an easy implementation and unfortunately the office manager refuses to acknowledge this. If the office is going to charge the patients card regardless of signed paperwork I don’t think it is beyond the scope of courtesy to send an automated receipt of a processed payment. Love the providers here front office is less desirable unprofessional and condescending
