About this clinic

Boost Neurofeedback, a neuromodulation clinic in Nashville, specializes in EEG-based brain training and quantitative EEG (QEEG) brain mapping to support cognitive function and emotional regulation. The practice uses neurofeedback therapy—a non-invasive protocol in which real-time brain-activity data guides training to help normalize dysregulated neural patterns. Treatment is individualized following comprehensive brain mapping, and patients receive ongoing EEG monitoring as protocols are adjusted. The clinic focuses on conditions including attention and focus difficulties, sleep disturbance, anxiety, and stress-related presentations. Neurofeedback is increasingly used as an adjunctive or alternative approach for patients seeking to optimize brain function without pharmaceutical intervention, though outcomes vary by individual and condition.

I met Dr. Pam Drury at the Braintrust conference last year and got to know her more when she joined my 8-week mindfulness program. What impressed me most is how she uses cutting-edge brain technology to actually treat the root causes of mental health issues, not just the symptoms. She's a clinical neuropsychologist offering something truly unique - neurofeedback that trains your brain to work better on its own, without medication. What makes her approach special at Boost Neurofeedback is that she uses brain mapping to see exactly what's happening in your brain, then creates a personalized plan to help it develop healthier patterns. But she doesn't stop there - she combines this brain training with movement, diet, and mindfulness for a truly holistic approach. It's all science-based, which I really appreciate. For anyone who's struggled with traditional treatments or wants something that creates lasting change, Dr. Drury is someone I'd recommend in a heartbeat. She genuinely cares and knows her stuff.

I’ve known Dr. Drury as a colleague for over 16 years, and I’ve sent many clients her way over the years. I highly recommend her for neurofeedback to treat ADHD, anxiety, TBI, and peak performance, basically all things related to brain health. Dr. Drury has an impressive background in both neuroscience and clinical psychology - she's the best in town, in my opinion.

I cannot speak highly enough about our experience with this neurofeedback practice. From the very first consultation, it was clear that their approach is deeply patient-centered. Every step of the process—from the initial testing to the personalized treatment plan—was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. The staff are not only highly knowledgeable but also kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in your well-being. They took the time to explain each part of the process, answer every question with compassion, and ensure I felt supported throughout my journey. What stood out most was how tailored and thoughtful the care felt. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all solution, they designed a plan that addressed my specific needs and goals. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, I’ve noticed measurable improvements and feel more balanced, focused, and hopeful than I have in years. If you’re considering neurofeedback, I wholeheartedly recommend this practice. It’s rare to find such a caring team and effective treatment under one roof.
