What an awesome experience I am having at “Catch the Wave”. If you are wanting to feel more peaceful, energetic and healthy then this is the place for you. They have the EESystem with 16 screens, salt room, vibration plate and detoxing foot baths. A perfect way to stay healthy.

I traveled from Oregon and had the opportunity to visit Catch the Wave, what a treat! The center is a wonderful sanctuary that offers so many modalities to recalibrate your body, mind and soul. If ever visiting DFW, definitely make this a part of your journey, you won't be disappointed. Thank you to the owners for making such a beautiful, healing space.

Catch the Wave is a beautiful new healing center! Compared to most EESystem Centers, it has WAY more modalities to explore. Start your day on a vibe plate, let your nervous system relax in the salt room + red light panel (it's my favorite room!), take an Ion Foot Detox Bath, then meditate in the EESystem room. It's perfect when you're in need of a recharge and relax day! I always feel revived after spending a few hours there. The staff is so kind, helpful and knowledgable and their in-house holistic doctor is wonderful if you need help with your health. Take an afternoon to stop by and check it out!
