I’m in amazement at how much I needed this beautiful process. I would recommend everyone to go! It’s comfortable spa like experience and I feel like a new person. If you have any built up inside of you, it will come out in a beautiful way. Kristen is so nice and very patient with me, the atmosphere is peaceful and very clean. I could have staid all day! Definitely will be returning and I will tell everybody. 😊

This was my first time getting colon hydrotherapy. I also did the infra-red sauna. I feel so much lighter afterwards. No longer bloated. Definitely will be including these sessions as part of my regular healthcare (and gut care) routine. Beautiful new facility and equipment, and wonderful staff! Give it a try!
