It’s very odd to see so many negative reviews for an office that consistently answers my phone calls and assists me with all my nagging appointment requests! I’ve had the pleasure of working with most of the staff, including the NP Erica Dorsey. All sweet and kind women. Yes there’s an automated machine, the system is quite new, but they receive the messages and reach out to me via the preferred method I request (text or call), and they do it in such a prompt fashion too! This is a place I’ve felt safe and comforted as I’ve expressed some major trauma to the staff and they were very supportive! I’ll never take my need for service elsewhere unless it is something this facility cannot fulfill! There was a wait, as with any doctor’s office, nothing too dramatic though. I honestly can’t find too much fault or issue with the staff, the practice, nor the facility itself! My annual is already scheduled and I look forward to seeing the team in a few months!

The wait is RIDICULOUS!! I checked in at 1:11, and my appointment was scheduled for 1:30. I waited for over an hour after arriving ON TIME! I got to overhear staff conversations that were NOT relevant to patient care—laughing and playing around while we are waiting! The provider did not show up until 2:35 PM; however, I was already getting dressed to leave. I hate saying this because it feels horrible being a woman of color, but this is why many of us do not support our own! Last time with this provider! I’ll be returning to Arditti’s office.

All I can say is ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! They have a automated phone service so if you need to get in touch with them you will have to leave a message and wait for them to ger back to you. Their time management is horrible. You have to call them and remind them to do their job. I wish I could give 0 stars. I don't recommend them at all!!

The level of incompetence in this office is insane. The girl at the front desk, although probably very overworked, is rude. She was doing the checking in and the vitals. It was another lady sitting at a computer doing nothing. You can hear the doctor outside the room having causal conversation while patients are waiting 2+ hours to be seen. They never answer the phone and they give you check in instructions that are not accurate and try to tell you that you can't be seen and need to be rescheduled due to their incompetence. Luckily, I stood my ground and did not accept that answer. I went here and I was not heard at all. Everything I said, I was being interrupted and cut off. I waited two hours before I was seen. I then was being pushed to get birth control which I told her it didn't work for what I needed. This will only mask the problem. I had no exam done because I was bleeding (I've never had a doctor refuse to do an exam because I was bleeding). Nothing was done for me but an extended prescription of medication that I was already on and I told her probably would not work as I've been on it (But she was confident it would stop the bleeding; it did not and actually made it worse like I advised her it would). I left this office with tears in my eyes. I went here due to excessive bleeding and I am anemic. I know the doctor heard me and understood that because it is in my chart. It says labs were ordered on the 25th but I wasn't notified until April 2nd. They do not do labs in office, I'm a nurse so I know first hand if someone tells you that they've been bleeding for 30+ your PRIORITY should be those labs. I was bleeding so bad to the point where I bled through my clothes just waiting on her to come in the room. There was negligence and a lack of care. I had to go to another doctor to get labs done and was notified that I needed a blood transfusion ASAP. My blood and iron levels were extremely low. The chart was also falsified as if she did a head to toe assessment on me when she did not. She was across the room the whole entire time and I had a sweatsuit on so there was no way she could've done what she said in the chart. I will be reporting to the board and am in the process of obtaining legal help for negligence. If you care about your level of care, PLEASE go somewhere else. It's very disheartening because I was recommended to this place.
