Austin Biofeedback Center offers such great services and their entire staff is friendly, helpful and in just a word amazing. A special shout-out to their receptionist, Mel, who puts you at ease from the moment you enter their office. I worked with Jennifer, Gerry and Sandy. I tried other places in the past, Austin Biofeedback Center was the best and most effective by far. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

In my experience, The Austin Biofeedback Center staff is kind and caring. They are in high demand (and have a wait to get in) because they are amazing and professionals at what they do. They have so much more experience than many other places in the country! I think that with any kind of therapy, especially now, during the pandemic (with a lot of people seeking help for stress and anxiety), it might be difficult to determine exactly when availability will open up. But it’s absolutely worth the wait. In my opinion, they truly care about every client and try to accommodate everyone. They treat everyone equally so they can’t just cancel someone to get a new client in- they have to wait until someone finishes up so a spot becomes available. It is sooooo worth the wait! They are amazing counselors in addition to Neurofeedback providers. I’m so happy I found them.
