Dr. Erica Rivas de Srinivasa

Dr Rivas is hands down one of the best doctors that I have ever been to. She doesn't rush through appointments. She spends time actually listening to your cares and concerns. A very rare thing from doctors in this day and age. She has been my neurologist for many years. I’m grateful that I have the privilege of having a doctor that truly cares about me and my health journey. She has an amazing staff that always takes care of me. Sandra, her office manager is on top of taking care of my paperwork and greets me with a smile every time.

After my neurologist of 13 years retired I started the long journey to find someone new - it has been a struggle! My first meeting and each follow up appointment with Dr. Rivas met or exceeded my expectations. She takes time to listen and get to the issues, even when there are many that overlap. She is up to date on new research and most importantly, she cares. She makes me feel seen and heard and offers solutions and makes a treatment plan with you. This is rare in Austin Neurology. She and her staff work wonders to get information to insurance so medications are approved and my treatment began quickly. They even do infusions at the office! I can’t say enough about Dr. Rivas and her staff and the beautiful office. I am so glad to have finally found my new neurologist.

I had such a good experience getting cosmetic Botox done at with Dr. Rivas. I was a little nervous going in, but she was incredibly calm and reassuring the whole time. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing. They explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The actual injections were quick and way easier than I expected, and the results look amazing. I’m honestly so happy with how natural everything turned out. Highly recommend if you’re thinking about getting Botox!
