Psych Dimensions

New patient with them. I had a follow up appt on 1/22/25. I had Jury Duty on 1/23/25. Due to bad weather the jury was postponed for the day of my appointment. When I called to tell them I would have to reschedule Due to a required Jury duty. They wanted me to schedule later that day at 3:00 pm.I explained that I may still be at jury duty and was not certain I could make that appointment. All they said was I would still incur the fee for a canceled appointment. This was beyond my control needles to say.. I am very disappointed with them. I will not return to this company and am just waiting to see if I will be charged this fee. The Doctor I spoke to the first time was kind and it is so sad that the administration is not understanding Jury duty and the requirements.

Tony at Psych Dimensions is the real deal! I came in just under a year ago without a whole lot of hope left but I can proudly say now that my mental health has consistently gotten better since my decision to see Tony at Psych Dimensions. Their waiting room and Tony’s office are extremely well put together, the giant aquarium will put you at ease and his staff is extremely professional. If you have been holding off on seeing someone for your mental health issue, go in and see the staff at Psych Dimensions. You will not regret it! #mentalhealthawareness

I have had nothing but an amazing experience with this business. I have been a patient for three months and feel like family. Magdalene is a great listener and down to earth. I’ve never had a male provider but Dr. Moore made me feel comfortable and exceeded my needs. The office staff has been so helpful and helped me when I needed them. I called them about a problem and they went out of their way to help me when I needed help the most. Although I’ve bounced around with different providers, each provider has been on point and didn’t miss any details. My needs and concerns matter and are listened to. I could never call the office staff about a problem and have them give me a solution on the same phone call without having an appointment at any other provider that I’ve had in the past. I would had to suffer for days but not at Psych Dimensions.
