Finishing up my treatment today. I feel so much better and the staff is truly excellent.

Doing this treatment, I was very reluctant in the beginning seeing as though I have gone through several doctors, treatment centers, medications, and counselors. I will say this much yes it is a process, things just dont change over night, but without doing this treatment I truly dont know where I would be without it. Do i still have days that are not that great, of course. But my overall mind set, with my own personal changes I have have made, really has changed. My major depressive disorder and my crippling anxiety have gone from being dominant and overwhelming to almost nonexistent. With the help of an outside counselor and my psychiatrist, doing these treatments have really changed me and I am beyond greatful for being introduced to it. Every single person that has worked with me through out this has just been so beyond wonderful, I could have never imagined being surrounded with such amazing, compassionate, and understanding people. I was honest with them and they never judged me, I truly did felt understood. And when I ever had questions, they always had the answer. My nurse even went out of her way to print out specific papers for me to work with on my own for my triggers when it comes to calming down and my own mindfulness. This really has been a blessing for me, and I will always be greatful for it.
