My daughter was born with a rare brain malformation, not compatible with life, when EVERYONE else told us there was no hope, put her on hospice, and canceled all Dr appointments, Dr Crawford stepped in. While he wasn’t sure at the time what the outcome would be, he gave hope. He gave ideas. He gave encouragement. He changed our perspective. And now, 2 years later, my daughter who had weeks has a future. There simply aren’t words to describe what this man and this team have done for my family. He, through Jesus, gave my daughter’s future back to us. We can never say thank you enough!

We are absolutely thrilled with our experience at NeuroSolution in Austin! From the moment we started in September of last year, the entire clinic and staff have been nothing short of amazing. Dr. Crawford is not only an incredibly skilled and knowledgeable expert in his field, but he is also a genuinely caring and compassionate person. He takes the time to truly understand each patient’s needs and customize protocols thoughtfully and with great care. What we appreciate most is that the team has always been there for us, even during the times when we had to pause therapy — they were consistently responsive and supportive, not just with answers, but with actual help and guidance whenever we reached out. We always feel completely confident and secure, not only when our child is in therapy at the clinic, but even when we’re at home, because we know we still have the full support of this team. Above all, they are not only professionals — they are kind, attentive, and truly caring people who treat our whole family with respect and warmth. We had such an amazing experience with NeuroSolutions of Austin. Boyd had the VSEL procedure done, and Dr. Crawford didn’t just send us home and wish us luck. He put together a very specific at home protocol just for Boyd so we knew exactly what to do to keep supporting him. That meant so much to our family, because it showed they truly cared about his progress, not just while we were there, but after we left too. Every single person on their staff was incredible. They were so kind and patient with Boyd. They never rushed him and they treated him with so much understanding and compassion. As a mom, I don’t see that a lot with Boyd. You can tell when people truly care about your child, and they absolutely do. They still staying in contact with us, checking on Boyd and making sure he is doing well and continuing to thrive. I am so thankful for Dr. Crawford, Dr Jeri LaVigne and the entire team at NeuroSolutions of Austin. They gave us hope, guidance, and support every step of the way. I truly wish I could give them 1000 stars.
