Redefined Mind and staff were beyond great. Claire NP helped me every step of the way and was so kind. I had some anxiety and cancelled a few times before my first treatment. Claire NP was so kind, encouraging, and non-judgmental. She made each visit so smooth and carefree. As for the Ketamine treatments…I have my life back (no more watching from the sidelines). I had severe depression and anxiety and after the first treatment I felt better and it just got better from there. My family and friends notice a huge difference in me. I have no anxiety or depression now after my initial 6 treatments, I’m so impressed with how good I feel. My only complaint is I wished I’d done it sooner.

I walked into Redefined Mind Brain Treatment Center and was greeting kindly by the staff. I experienced Magnetic Peripheral Nerve Stimulation for pain management for the first time, and was impressed! Dr. Cindy Huynh and Dr. Mike Do treated me with respect, and my assessment went smoothly. The explained the process and answered all my questions on MPNS. I felt a small tap tap on my back, and it was completely painless. I felt relaxed and my pain decreased. I can't wait to return for the other three sessions. I am happy that there are other alternatives besides invasive procedures that I can endure. It only took 15 minutes! I am truly pleased and would recommend this noninvasive pain management for anyone suffering from pain.

AMAZING!!!!!! I wish I could give 100 Stars! I was treated for Pain Management due to my Fibromyalgia and the Neuropathy in my hands and feet. I am 51, trying to live my best life but it is hard to do being in so much pain, working full time in the corporate world. The treatment I received not only helped me with the pain, it helped my mind, body and soul. Their team was so supportive, so wonderful and kind. i’ve been getting ketamine infusions at Redefined Mind for years now. for both depression and chronic pain. the kind that steals time and color and makes your body feel like a cage. what brought me in was the pain. what kept me here was claire. she’s not just skilled. claire’s a nurse practitioner who listens. really listens. she’s gentle when you need soft, strong when you feel small. she doesn’t just treat symptoms. she holds space for the version of you that still believes healing is possible. under her care, ketamine didn’t just dull the pain. it cracked a window open. let light back in. let me breathe a little deeper. create again. remember who i was before all the weight. and the space itself? it’s everything you want when you’re cracked open and trying to feel safe. private rooms with soft blankets, noise-canceling headphones, your own tv, and a custom light show if you want it. no harsh lights. no cold chairs. just calm. Redefined Mind has been a steady hand through some of the hardest seasons of my life. it’s a sanctuary in a storm. not just for treatment, but for care. this place, and claire, helped save my life. Not only is the environment soothing, but the staff go above and beyond to ensure a positive patient experience. I have had nothing but warm, caring interactions with Nurse Practitioner Claire. Her kindness and attentiveness make each visit comfortable and reassuring. Dr. Huynh is also wonderful - she took the time to thoroughly address my needs and history when I first started treatment at Redefined Mind after previously going to another ketamine clinic.
