It is amazing how much the TMS treatments at Anew Era have improved my wellbeing. The environment is relaxing, the staff are kind and helpful, and the technicians were always happy to answer any questions I had. The team is also very accomodating! I received personalized treatment that prioritized my needs and comfort. I would highly recommend getting TMS treatment here if you want a very supportive and compassionate journey to recovery!

I’ve been coming here for several months now for psychiatry and TMS treatments and I couldn’t be happier :) it’s very hard to find mental health professionals who actually put effort into you getting better! I have a busy schedule and it’s so helpful to me that the technicians and reception can text you to get you scheduled or if you have any questions so you don’t have to play phone tag. I feel that they all try their hardest to be flexible in getting me in for an appointment and I really appreciate that! Armani is my usual TMS technician and I love her!! She has great vibes and is very kind, understanding, and fun to be around. She has great communication in person and over text and it’s a breath of fresh air for me during my mental health journey! Healthcare stuff in general can be confusing and I’m so happy I found a place I feel comfortable to ask a million questions and everything just feels less scary here. So grateful :) thank you Armani and everyone at Anew Era ! Also the bathrooms in the building are very clean and gorgeous

I love the fact that I’m able to do the virtual appointments. It saves me time and our communication is still very good and open. I know Doris is going to do what she thinks is best for me with the combination of factors. I’m also dealing with cancer and having her in my corner is a great comfort.
