I was experiencing increased pain in both of my feet which ended up being bunions. My doctor recommended Dr. Patel at Infinity Foot & Ankle. BEST DECISION! I have been a registered nurse for 18 years and have worked with many physicians, Dr. Patel is one of the finest physicians I have worked with. Dr. Patel is straightforward with her explanations, kind with her approach, always made sure my many questions were answered and never appeared that I was 'bothering' her with my questions. The office staff make scheduling appointments and filing insurance easy. When it came time to schedule my surgeries, the office staff went to work to find the surgery center that would work best with my insurance, not just going with a company they like working with....but actually were concerned with MY financial situation! I never waited longer than 5-10 minutes in the waiting room when I arrived for my appointments. Finally, my surgeries could not have gone smoother. While Dr. Patel ensured I had pain medication prescribed, I only took the prescription pain medication for the first 24 hours following both surgeries, then only required ibuprofen if I was experiencing any discomfort. I made sure that I followed Dr. Patel's post-op instructions faithfully, which I believe made my recovery painless and swift. My personal advice: if you have this type of surgery, follow Dr. Patel's instructions.....you will think that everything is great and want to wear that great new dress shoe, but DO NOT.....she knows what she is talking about and you will recovery MUCH faster! Many thanks to Dr. Patel and Infinity Foot & Ankle for everything you did for me to get me back to a normal life! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with your feet or ankle!

I’m going to be very honest when I made the first call the schedule an appointment with Dr Patel I thought I made a huge mistake the person whom answered the phone was not patient friendly didn’t give their name just seem dry conversation wise. But, I pray and still gave Dr Patel a chance by going to my first appointment for her to confirm what I already knew which was I needed surgery! From there forward I got nothing but superior service from Dr Patel, the staff at park cities surgery center and most definitely Ms Erica Munoz at the oak lawn location. Ms Erica Munoz assisted me with all the documentations when I reached out to her I got what I needed within a day time frame. So if you’re second guessing this location rethink your decision as I was not disagreeing at all.
