Maxim Hair Restoration & Transplants

My name is John Freel, Valerie’s husband. I’ve heard of Maxim Hair Restoration through the years and knew they had great reviews, so they were my 1st choice. I’ve had a hair transplant before and the previous Doctor was good and everything went fine, so I knew what to expect. I know a few friends that were interested but always backed out worrying if it hurt or would the doctor not do a good job . It’s a big step for most people but I will tell you. Dr. Thiele was the best here at Maxim. His assistant , Donnita, who will give you the consultation, was a sweetheart and gets right to the point of understanding what will happen and the cost. You can choose the amount of hair grafts that fit your budget too. I liked that very much! Dr. Thiele is super thorough about keeping you comfortable and explaining every detail that my last doctor left out. Do not worry about pain!!! It’s painless! . The whole procedure from start to finish. I’ve had two now. Rest assured guys it’s painless and quick! His assistants that help him with the hair grafts, are kind and everyone works together to keep you feeling relaxed and confident.. The whole procedure was 8 hours and that may seem scary and long, it isn’t!!! They give you your pain medication and mild Valium to get you ready. From experience, my last doctor’s procedure, was only 4 hours because I had a smaller amount of grafts put in . I thought it was only 1 hour when my wife had said no it was 4. Same for Dr Thiele. 8 hours only seemed like 1 hour and I had more grafts this round. That’s the part you will love . I was so relaxed that I’m sure I may have slept through most of it! Again it’s painless. That’s even the best part however, you may feel a small amount of tightness on your skin that’s it! Do it!! I’m pleased with the outcome and Dr. Theile did a hell of a job plus, he has a great bedside manner.

I had an excellent experience! The service and consultation were truly outstanding from start to finish. One of the staff members her name was Donnita she was very friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure I had everything I needed. Their professionalism combined with their warm, welcoming attitude made the whole experience effortless and enjoyable. I highly recommend them!

You would think after spending over 12k I would have hair on the crown of my head. I feel like my crown is worse than before. They did okay on hairline but I told them the crown was just as important. I regret not choosing somewhere else. Extremely disappointed…
