Dr.Movva is the GOAT! I started my journey with Dr. Movva 7 months ago to regenerate L4L5. Still healing, however; extremely pleased with my progress. All of Dr. Movva’s staff are equally as great. From the ladies up front to the ladies that draw my blood they are all impressive. When I call for advice or need to make an appointment, Kayla & Natalie are very accommodating & professional. 3-Months Post Stem Cell Knee Treatment – Feeling Grateful and Strong Three months ago, I underwent stem cell treatment for my right knee after years of dealing with chronic pain and limited mobility. I wasn’t expecting miracles overnight, but I hoped for meaningful improvement over time. I can now confidently say—this has been a game-changer. Just this past weekend, I completed a 7.5-mile hike in the San Juan Mountains, climbing well above treeline with significant elevation gain. Not only was I able to finish the hike successfully, but I did it with minimal pain in my treated knee. That alone feels incredible. Before treatment, even moderate walks would leave me swollen and limping by the end of the day. Now, I’m back to enjoying the outdoors and doing the things I love without constantly thinking about my knee. There’s still some minor stiffness here and there, but nothing compared to what I used to experience. This recovery has taken patience and commitment to follow the rehab plan, but the payoff has been more than worth it. I feel like I’ve been given part of my life back. Approximately 10yrs ago I had PRP and BMAC (stem cell) treatments on my shoulder and hip for surgical level issues, and to this day both of those joints are 100% and totally without pain. Beginning a few months ago in October 2025, I was unable to manage my back pain with exercise, so had an MRI and that showed my lumbar discs in pretty bad shape. Sent the MRI to Dr. Movva’s team, booked the appointment after reviewing over the phone, and had PRP&BMAC procedures just about a week and half ago. The first few days of recovery was a bit rough, but now I feel better than I have in years and am back to exercising and living actively, and the injections are supposed to continue to heal the discs for the next 10 months! I have about zero education in anything medical but do not understand how these treatments are not more commonly available. Maybe it’s because Dr Movva and his team are just that awesome (and they are awesome!), but I’d love to see this level of medical care available to more people who care about their bodies’ functionality. I truly feel blessed to have randomly connected with Dr Movva 10yrs ago through another West Point grad at the gym in Tulsa. The treatments he’s provided have allowed me to live life to the fullest without always having to “tough it out” and/or go through high-risk surgeries. I can’t thank Dr Movva and his team enough!
